Call Center SimulationTM* is a multimedia test that uses the latest in computer simulation technology to
accurately pre-screen call center applicants. Call Center Simulation lets applicants actually "test drive" the call
center agent's job and experience what it is like to operate a call center workstation.
During the call center simulation applicants experience a series of in-bound customer calls similar to those handled
by call center agents on a daily basis. Applicants must demonstrate keyboard and navigation skills along with identifying
the most effective responses to call center service and sales situations.
Call Center Simulation provides the applicant with a realistic preview of the job and provides you with a realistic
preview of the applicant's abilities.
