or sales team.
Training for executives
Your executives will learn how to use the system to monitor and analyze key information about
testing activity and the candidates being tested.
Training for client coordinators
Your coordinators will learn about the system and the tests your company implements. This training
is designed to help coordinators understand how hiring managers and/or HR personnel will use the
system to recruit and select new reps more effectively and efficiently. Coordinators will learn
how to add and delete users, review testing activity, and answer common questions about testing.
Training for managers, administrators, and other users
Front-line users will learn about the selection system and the tests your company implements.
The training will be customized to help your managers integrate it into your existing processes.
Ongoing training
We encourage you to periodically schedule training for your new users and ongoing training for
current users.
Customer service and support
Systems users can find answers for many of their questions in the online help files. These help
files provide you with a single source of up-to-date product information and can be accessed from
any PC with an Internet connection.
- The help files provide general information about how to use our system, such as how to manage users, administer tests, and view reports.
- The test help files explain each test, how to administer them, how to interpret and use test results, and how to discuss test results with job candidates. They also include tips on interviewing candidates.
